Each month (or if preferred, quarterly), we generate your customer bills, print, and mail them to every customer. If customers choose, they can elect to receive their bill via email. Simple.

The process is simple. If the rates are flat, we can generate and mail the bills based on the approved rate. If the rates are variable and based on usage, as normally the case for water, you send us a file with the customer account number and the meter readings. We take it from there. The readings are loaded into our system, the rates are applied, and the bills are generated.

Usage

Customers provide us with monthly files of meter readings for import into the billing system. We monitor the readings for inconsistencies. Our goal is to prevent inaccurate billing and unnecessary customer concerns whenever we can.

Print/Mail

Our team will generate the monthly bills, print them, and mail them to your customers. You have the choice of post card bills, full size letter bills, or email bills.
