Our Story

Nitor Billing Services came to life in 2015 with a vision to offer exceptional customer experience as a remote-first company from the first day of operation. We envisioned a company that applied leading edge technology and offered employees the ability to work from home. We believe in hard work while at work, but we also believe that all of us are successful at life when we’re free to spend time with family and friends, pursue interests and hobbies outside of work, and not be tied to long commutes. Our headquarters are in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mission

Our mission is to help water and sewer companies deliver exceptional customer experience to their customers. We achieve this by employing a team of people who are passionate about serving others, by using leading-edge technology that allows customers to engage with us in a way that is most convenient for them, and by handling the complexity of bill processing/payment and managing individual customer payments for our clients.

Our mission is expanding now to include outbound virtual call center services through our new division, NitorCX.
